5. Does Hideous-Kinky Transfer Personal Data Overseas?

As Hideous-Kinky is part of a global organisation with local operating companies in a number of countries worldwide, to fulfil its customer service obligations it is necessary for Hideous-Kinky to transfer and process personal data outside the country in which the personal data is collected. This will include transfers to Hideous-Kinky affiliates based in the United States.
